FANCY! POLAND! CONTEST!

So I'm sure that you all enjoyed reading about all the food I had in Poland.

One of the really nice things about the food there is that it is soooooooo cheap, at least by my fancy ass New York standards.

The average meal was just a few dollars.

But to really ramp it up, and have SUPER fancy food in Poland, one need not pay that much more.

Which brings me to my next point!

It's time for the "How much was that meal?" Scarum Blog Contest.

The winner of the contest gets something awesome! But it's a secret! I won't announce it until all entries are "in."

So here are some of the highlights of my bourgeoisie meal. Keep in mind that we also had appetizers, salad, wine, main courses and dessert! I even wore cuff links for this dinner. NOT!

Potato Pancakes:
Note the sage on top. It was so yummy. And there were these little berries on the side that mixed well with the creaminess of the mushrooms. And of course, balsamic reduction! So nou-fucking-veau.

CLOSE UP!

Jules got the ribs for her main course. She said they were the best ribs she's ever had. The meat just fell right off the bone. I'm vegetarian so I was like, whatever, and rolled my eyes at her lack of humanity. Just kidding Jules! You have lots of humanity. Note the balsamic reduction. So nou-fucking-veau.

Here's my main course: pierogies with a blue cheese sauce. And carrot thingies on top. And a little bit of parsley. Also, note the balsamic reduction. So nou-fucking-veau.

MMMMMMM!

How much was it all????!!!??!?!! Guess??!?!!?!?!?!? Research!!!?!??!?!? Do whatever you need to do! The prize is going to be awesome!!!

You'll be SATIATED!

Jules. Satiated. Note the balsamic reduction. So nou-fucking-veau.
